Shipping Information

Our items are made-to-order and take anywhere from a few hours to multiple days to create. Current average fulfillment times are as follows:

* Wedding/event orders - 5-7 business days
* Seasonal items - 2-3 business days
* Bonsai pots - 3-4 business days
* Most everything else - 1-3 business days

You will receive an email with tracking when your order is being packed for shipment. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any questions or special requests.
